Refund and Returns Policy

At Chelry we guarantee a unique shopping experience. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you can ask for an exchange!

Reasons accepted for exchanges:

  • Wrong Item sent
  • Ring size to be resized (T&C applied)
    *** We only accept exchanges made within 3 days of the item received date.

Our Ring Exchange Policy offers the convenience of resizing your ring to achieve the perfect fit. However, we kindly ask that you review our size chart and guide video before purchasing, as some ring designs may not be eligible for resizing. We strive to provide the best possible shopping experience and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your ring selection.Please ensure that the item is in original condition, in original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition for the exchange. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

An inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.

Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item of a similar value.

Size/design mismatch will incur courier charges. Therefore, kindly ensure you have measured and confirmed your size against our size chart.

Chelry Jewelry will make No Cash Refunds under any circumstances.

Chelry shall not be responsible for accidental damage or random damage caused by wear and tear. Our return policies do not cover such damage.
