1. How to Store: Store your silver jewellery (even plated jewellery) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Ideally, use airtight containers or tarnish-resistant pouches to minimize exposure to air.
2. Avoid exposure to chemicals: Remove silver jewellery before swimming in pools (chlorine can cause damage), when using cleaning products, or applying lotions, perfumes, or hairsprays. Chemicals can accelerate tarnishing.
3. How to Clean: Regularly clean your silver jewellery to remove dirt, oils, and tarnish. Use a soft cloth, microfiber cloth, or specially designed silver polishing cloth to gently rub the jewellery. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can scratch the silver.
4. Do not use jewellery cleaner on gold-plated jewellery.
